To download the files, you need the user / password under access 'dl'. To extract the file, you need the password until access '.rar password'. You do need to download all parts of the archive for this to work, but only to open one part for WinRAR (or Mac OS X UnRarX) to unpack them and join them back together. If you get an error while unpacking, check the file properties to make sure the downloaded files match the size of the original files to the byte. If not, you need to re-download the .rars that are missing bytes.
