You know, I thought Hannibal was going to be me having inappropriate reactions to Mads Mikkelsen. And it is. But I'm also having inappropriate reactions to the whole cannibalism thing? Because seeing those dishes, so exquisitely prepared? Just makes me hungry. Like, obviously if I knew they were made of people, I wouldn't eat them, but whoever does the dish design is fucking amazing, because all it does is make me hungry.

Either that, or there's something wrong with me?

Also, I don't have a single food-related icon. I should rectify that at some point.

Oh good, it's not just me. But José Andrés is the food consultant on the show, so it makes complete sense.

LOL, I had to google who he is, because I knew they had a professional chef type dude doing the food consulting, but I had no idea who he was.

So did I, but omg. The FOOD. One of the first things Bryan Fuller asked Andrés was what parts of the human body are edible and Andrés just said "everything." I both love and fear this guy.

Jose Andres does the dish design! He's the food consultant for the show. HE MAKES EVERYTHING LOOK WONDERFUL AND SO TASTY, we are in the same boat.
